1. Tariffs/Charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and such charges are not refundable as this is a prepaid service
2. No installation charges are applicable on JDM Fiber connection.
3. GST @ 18% is not included in the tariff/ charges and is payable over and above the plan charges. .
4. The Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
5. The Company at any time, shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw this T&C including but limited to tariff plans and display the same on its website without notice to the customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the customer.
6. Any one-time charges paid to JDM Broadband at the time of installation are non-refundable.
7. The company may extend a refund to the user only for his first payment in case of no-feasibility for building a new connection to the requested address.
8. Interest-free security deposit to be refunded only online and not cash, after the return of assets in the same condition as at the time of receipt. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after acceptance of all devices in ok state.
9. Refunds are to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with JDM Broadband. No other bank account is to be used for refunds. 
   
10. The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi Speed is subject to the customer premise’s in-house coverage & customer premises device performance.
    
11. The Company shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign along with offered gratification (if any) and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.
12. All product and company names are trademarks ™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.
    
13. By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium like a phone call, social networking channels, website, etc, you agree to receive any promotional messages, or material and be contacted by JDM Broadband.
14. All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.
15. Not all the offered prices are available on renewal. Also, prices may differ at each location.
16. The mentioned prices are on monthly basis.
17. Prices as mentioned are exclusive of taxes.
18. Promo plans or introductory offer plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without any prior information. These are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding plans.
19. One Month OTT Subscription is free on 1 year & six month plan.
20. JDM Broadband shall reserve every right at all times to revise/change it without assigning any reason thereof.
    
21. There may be plans available for consumers facing collaterals that might have additional GST charges.
    
22. Any misuse/fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, JDM Broadband reserves its right to discontinue the connection altogether for any set of Subscriber/s as JDM Broadband may deem fit. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between JDM Broadband and each customer and by subscribing to the above plans, you accept the same as binding upon you.

Terms & Condition for “Refer Your Neighbour Scheme”

1. The “Refer your neighbour” campaign is live till further notification.
2. This campaign is open only for an existing JDM subscriber with an active subscription.
   
3. For an existing JDM Broadband subscriber, to participate in the campaign, they should be having an active plan of either 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months. 
4. Post the successful installation of any or all referred people by the JDM subscriber, the existing subscriber will be eligible for the gratification in the campaign. 
5. The gratification in the campaign is 30 days credit to their active JDM broadband plan.
6. The speed/plan of the additional 30 days which the existing JDM subscriber would have won, will be topped on the same active subscription, in the same location for which user ID has been provided during participation by the subscriber.
7. In case the referral is interested to get JDM subscription but their home is not in the serviceable area of JDM Broadband, then the referral will not be considered and the existing customer would not be eligible for the gratification. 
8. The JDM Broadband connection has to be for home and not for commercial use for both existing subscribers who participate as well as for the one referred to get an JDM Broadband subscription.
9. The campaign can be modified or retrieved by JDM Broadband at any given point in time.
10. The gratification in this campaign cannot be transferred or/and clubbed with any other offer or scheme by JDM Broadband.
11. Duplicate entries for a referral will be treated as a single entry.
12. In case of multiple subscribers referring to the same person, the one through whom the lead gets matured subscription is taken,  will be considered as the winner. In such cases, the sole discretion is with JDM Broadband to select the winner amongst all. 
13. JDM Broadband owns the copyrights to the text, emails, photographs, videos, audios, graphics, user interface and any other content provided on the page and the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content on this page. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, performing or transmitting any of the contents for any purposes.
14. The Company collects information about Customer’s transactions with the Company and its business partners included. Information is collected about Customer’s use of the demanded products. The Company can use this information to customize its products. The same includes anonymous reporting for internal and external teams.
15. The Company may share personal information about the customer with their registered sub-vendors.
16. By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium like a phone call, social networking channels, website, etc., you agree to receive any promotional messages, material and be contacted by JDM Broadband or their sub-vendors.
17. All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without any prior information.
18. The Company shall reserve the rights to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign along with offered gratification (if any) without prior notice to the Customers. 
19. The devices provided by JDM Broadband against a security deposit will remain the property of JDM Broadband Service Pvt. Ltd at all times.
20. Any other charges other than plan cost should be borne by the customer.
21. The selection of winners and the process to do so is on the sole discretion of JDM Broadband.
22. It is considered that the participant has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions at the time of participating in the campaign. 
23. The Company may update this policy and display the same in its website without notice and such posting will be deemed to have been read by all.
